The HYPE 3.0 Program (Helping Youth Prevent Engaging in Risky Behaviors) focuses on African-American and Hispanic/Latino youth, ages 14-19 living in Houston, Texas and attending schools in the Houston Independent School District.

HYPE 3.0 uses the evidence-based curriculum, Love Notes, which empowers youth with the skills needed to further their own personal development, form and maintain healthy relationships, and commit or recommit to leaving sex out of their youthful relationships while they work toward success in education and employment.
