ACA Health Navigator

Our Civic Heart Navigator Program ensures Texans in the Gulf Coast Region can access high-quality, affordable health coverage in the Federal Marketplace.

The program provides Navigator services in person and remotely (online and by phone).

Our broad public education approach encompasses:​

  • Community presentations and forums
  • Out-stationed assistance locations
  • Integration of consistent media and marketing messaging
  • Local Helpline Center
  • Special events and various other outreach and education activities that result in successful enrollment opportunities

Navigators:

  • Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate information for the needs of the population being served
  • Assist consumers seeking assistance; there is “no wrong door.”
  • Fairly, accurately and impartially disseminate information
  • Offer referrals to consumer assistance programs as necessary

Connecting Kids to Coverage

Connecting Kids to Coverage is an outreach and enrollment initiative to educate families on how they can enroll children in the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) and Medicaid.

Self-Sufficiency Fund
